As a Comprehensive Chain Manufacturer, we produce roller Chains and Conveyor chains.

We are proud that our products keep contributing to industrial progress.

Let’s read about the types of Chains provided:

Roller Chain

Roller chains are used for transmission of mechanical power on many kinds of domestic, industrial and agricultural machinery, including conveyors, wire- and tube-drawing machines, printing presses, cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.

Being a simple, reliable and efficient for power transmission, roller chain consists of a series of short cylindrical rollers held together by side links. It is driven by a toothed wheel called a sprocket.

Single-strand standard series roller chain is the most commonly used chain for drives. Their strong point is the power rating capacities, which eventually covers a wide range of drive load requirements.

Whereas, Multiple-strand roller chains are used to provide increased power capacity. It does not require the need for increasing the chain pitch or its linear speed.

Chains are available in a variety of sizes and types from Galaxy Chains in British and American Standards.

Leaf Chains

Leaf chains are designed for lifting rather than power transmission. Normally the chains work intermittently. The main considerations in the design of the leaf chains are tensile loads, joint wear, and link plate and sheave wear.

Leaf chains must often lift very large loads, and hence they need high yield strength and do not get permanently stretched when they lift large loads. The most common use for leaf chain is probably on lift trucks.

Bush Chains

The difference between a roller chain and a bush roller chain is that the bush roller chain includes an extra tubular section which surrounds the bush, through which the pin extends.  The roller is free to rotate, and protects the bush from wear.

Extended Pitch Roller Chains

These products are extensively used in rigid working conditions for their ability to easily withstand with operating misalignment.

Agricultural Chains(Harvester)

These fertilizer handling machine chains are quite suitable for the uplifting of heavy machinery and sacks full of fertilizers. For mechanical handling solutions,It is an ideal solution.
